2. In-house tooling manufacturing 

DALI has a complete tool room manned by craftsmen with extensive die making knowledge and experience. This vast tooling skill set allows the team to respond quickly to the precise engineering needs of metal stamping and deep draw customers. The expert tool and die makers perform maintenance and repairs right at our facility, which includes adding in-die sensors to ensure quality parts are delivered each and every run.

Whether you have a tooling requirement for a one-piece deep drawing sink or other products, DALI ensures that the dies are built to the exact tooling specifications of your products’ requirements.

3. Testing

DALI have a professional laboratory and team that will test each product to ensure that each one can pass the testing standards and meet the needs of customers.

4. Production

Dali current production capacity for stainless steel kitchen sink is 2million piece, 0.6million pieces stainless steel faucets. We still got the enough space to expanding the production line and production capacity in a very short time to fulfill the customer demanding.

5. In house Surface Treatment

DALI’s philosophy is the best way to do something is to do it by yourself. Guided by this concept, DALI has established a range of in-house surface treatment/finish unlike any other facility. Our Surface Finish Treatments includes:
